If we consider soul as our fundamental relationship to the Divine, then considering the geography of this relationship will help us observe and locate the features of our inner life.  We do this by telling stories and listening deeply to the stories of women in Scripture and Tradition, noticing the places where they stick, like Velcro, to our own lives.
