When?   Monday evening, February 23, 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Where? Faith Formation Building of the Church of the Transfiguration, Pittsford, across the parking lot from the Church.

What?   Women of John’s Gospel, by “The Women of the Well” in Scripture, Story, & Song.    

               John’s Gospel, above all others, features Jesus in dialogue with women. He reveals himself to them and sends them forth to proclaim his Good News. You will encounter, with us, his mother at Cana… the Samaritan Woman at the Well and another woman from the village who believed on her testimony… the beloved sisters Martha and Mary… and Mary of Magdala in the garden of new life on Easter morning. Come and listen. Come and see. Come and hear the Gospel preached and proclaimed with passion. Come and be inspired!

Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

“An Explosion of the Word Through Story, Drama , and Music.”

“Women of the Well” will lead the Opening and Closing Prayer at this eventof the Western New York Guild of the International Network of Biblical Storytellers.

Prayer times are 9:30 – 10:00 am and 12:30 – 1:00 pm with two workshops in the morning on the skills of Biblical storytelling.
